Counselling is an Investment in You!
We offer weekly one-to-one counselling sessions online, or in person if requested. Counselling requires a weekly commitment, and this demands that our clients prioritise these sessions over the many responsibilities of daily life.
We recognise this can be a challenge, and is a commitment of time and money, but it is fundamental to prioritise the work that we do and to meet on the same day, at the same time each week.
We offer a two-tiered service, to be able to serve a wider base of clients, which is based on skills and experience as BACP registered counsellors.

It is important to us to provide clarity on prices to our clients, as well as the services that we provide which are based on experience and expertise.

Terms
Payments
The fee for your initial consultation is taken at the point of booking online - using our online ‘point of sale’ system.
Thereafter, fees can be paid:
- Directly by bank transfer, no less than 48 hours before each session.
- Your Credit/Debit card can be stored on the system, and you can opt to be charged at the end of your scheduled appointment time.
- You can make advance bulk payments.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours’ notice when cancelling any session. Failure to do this will result in you being charged for the cancelled or missed session. We do however recognise that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate changes by trying to offer an alternative session within that same week; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Frequently cancelled or missed sessions will result in a review of our work together, and the possibility of a decision to end therapy.
Holidays
We will provide you with as much notice as possible of any holidays we have planned, and you will not be charged.
Fee Increases
Fees are subject to increase, but will be fixed for a minimum of 12 months from when you start counselling. You will be given 6 weeks notice of any future pay increases.
