I have worked as an Integrative Counsellor for over 15 years, counselling adults, teens, couples and families. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, supporting them through a variety of different concerns ranging from grief, loss, and problems surrounding identity, through to the challenges of neurodiversity and complex trauma.

Whilst practicing as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I also ran a large counselling and mediation service in London for several years, and also work as a Clinical Supervisor. As with all experience, my different roles and continued training have increased my knowledge and expertise which I apply to my work, in service of my clients.

I am able to provide the tools that you need to work through difficult times and make positive changes, by creating a tailored framework that best supports your needs. This could be by using a specific model (approach) such as CBT, person centred or psychodynamic, or a combination of all. Mindfulness and meditation are also key tools that I use.

My experience in the corporate world, has led me to work extensively with Senior Executives, offering constructive and pragmatic support to help manage the stresses of senior positions, including the struggles of balancing work successes with a happy and fulfilling personal life.

With a dedicated and multi-faceted approach to counselling, I pride myself on helping my clients to manage and regain control of their lives, to enjoy the present, and look forward to the future.
